Dance ballet training shoes (dance ballerinas, ballerinas, trainers) are suitable for children of any age, e.g. to dance preparation, for children-beginners dancers and for any kind of dances (ballet, social, modern, folklore …).

The foot has sufficient mobility and adaptability to dance steps in dance sponge cakes, unlike conventional trainers with too strong a rubber sole.
